I am a product designer working at the intersection of design, technology, and user experience. My work focuses on creating intuitive digital products, with experience contributing to the design of CRM systems and web platforms. I am particularly interested in how design thinking extends beyond interfaces into problem-solving, learning, and career development.
Alongside my professional work, I create content that blends storytelling, lifestyle, and design, reflecting on non-linear career paths and creative growth in tech. I am also passionate about self-development, especially exploring how people build confidence, adapt to change, and unlock potential through continuous learning.
I have previously spoken at design and tech-related events and community sessions for example DevFest Kampala 2025, DevFest Mbarara 2025, WIT Summit Kenya 2025 amonng a few others, sharing insights on product thinking, career growth, and navigating transitions in the tech industry.

Abstract
We’re often told that hard work speaks for itself, that if we become highly competent, opportunities will naturally follow. But in reality, many skilled developers remain overlooked, while others grow faster not just because of what they know, but because their work is visible. Competence is essential, but visibility helps that competence travel. Whether it’s sharing what you’re building, communicating your thinking, or contributing in public spaces, visibility plays a quiet but powerful role in career growth. This talk explores the gap between being good and being noticed. It encourages developers at any stage to rethink how they present their work and how small acts of visibility can open doors to collaboration, leadership, and new opportunities. Because sometimes, it’s not that your work isn’t good enough, it’s that not enough people know it exists.
