Am also a generalist and polymath so I like exploring different aspects of programming, philosophy and science and old technology or some new shinny stuff around.
Abstract
In this hands-on tutorial, we will build a Python-based AI agent that can gather all publicly available information on the internet about new customers in real time, analyze and detect if they can be trusted to pay long term or in other aspects their publicly available information to judge conduct, so that local businesses and agencies such as rental property managers can make better judgement if to engage with such customer or not reducing the risk of overall customer churn rate and long term customer value.
