Men In Black De-escalation, Inc. or (MIB) is a Black-owned U.S.-based business in Minnesota, whose business model is de-escalation, conflict resolution, and violence prevention. We pride ourselves on providing underprivileged communities safety. We also empower those communities with training in life-saving skills such as CPR-First Aide, Mental Health First Aid, Active Shooter, and Narcan. MIB intends to provide these services and skills to the same communities on a National and Global level, we believe safety is the first step to growth and prosperity.
